Type of Digital Camera

Present time, many brands of digital camera are created for user to choose; some is favorite, but some are not. However, to divide the type of digital camera; we consider at the component, its usage and features.

Type of Digital Camera
Birth of digital camera is constantly developed from the past through the present time that has been changed from the film to digital picture that are more convenient; and also new technology has been applied to reduce the shape with many more new features. These are the reason why many new brand digital cameras have been produced more than 200 models per year. Therefore, many brand new digital cameras are produced more than 200 models per year with various shapes not like the old film camera because no shutter adjusting and some mechanic required. Some digital camera can abandon some system of film camera such as view finder. It’s replaced by LCD monitor; and after taking picture, it’s appeared on the monitor immediately. Some model is very slim like a credit card. In addition, the new models of digital camera have many more amazing features every season. Sometimes the property that doesn’t concern with taking picture is available surprisingly such as MP3, Watching Movie, Voice Recording, and Palm etc... Digital camera can be divided into 2 types:

1. Compact Digital Camera
It’s small size, convenient, and suitable for common user. It can take video clip; the lens couldn’t be replaced. This type of digital camera has the biggest amount of the world market share. They are designed for suitable with demand from consumer to prosumer. Digital compact camera can be divided into 2 types:

1.1 Compact Digital Camera for amateur (consumer)
Highlight of this kind of digital camera is: compact, convenient, so many shapes, and no complicated adjusting system, and they are added automatic shutting system. In some model, we can adjust it for the proper environment such as metering, flashing and many more. They have become friendly digital camera that just only seeing and shutting; the picture will be saved automatically on Memory Card. With the remove of some complicated system, so the costs are not quite expensive.

1.2 Compact Digital Camera for Semi Professional (Prosumer) This kind of digital camera has more enhancement for taking pictures such as Through The Lens(TTL) system, Aperture Priority, light memory value, sharp adjusting, White Balance, Shaking Protection System etc. these things made this type of digital camera has more efficiency and able to create various types of pictures. However, this type of digital camera don't have the View Finder System pass lens like Single-Lens Reflex Camera (DSLR) but use optical view finder (Position of picture that you see from view finder and lens are not in the same place) like looking picture pass LCD monitor

2. Digital SLR Camera (Single-Lens Reflex Camera, D-SLR)
This type is big size and can replace lens then create word so much. Many to choose such as special wide-angle lens, high expand telephoto lens, lens zoom, Macro lens and other special lens and working mechanic of view finder, Picture reflect mirror system and shape same with digital camera that use film. So make picture that you see pass view finder is one and the same with picture that you see pass lens. This digital camera has various working system for use more. This digital camera use more big image sensor than compact digital camera that get light pass lens, So better picture quality suitable for professional that knowledge about taking picture to want fast working so good.
